Hi Viator

Looks like a female, or possibly a drab first winter male Blue-and-white Flycatcher.

The all-dark bill rules out Asian Brown, and the white ides to the upper tail are a good feature for B&W. Wehad our first of the autumn reported yesterday.

P.S. All sorted for our trip to Chongming - many thanks for the introduction!

Hi Mike,

Thanks I thought so - I've got all my books packed and with the shipping company for my move tomorrow so couldn't check.

Good luck on Chongmingdao
Cheers
Mike
