Does anyone have any more information about the book shown at this link:

I'm trying to work out:
a) if it's a brand new book, an updated version Grewal's earlier book, or the same book with a new cover
b) if it is an updated, how extensive are the updates
c) if sample pages are available to view anywhere online
d) if it's available outside India

I think I've answered my first two questions: it's a new, much-expanded version of the 2011 book (792 instead of 600 pages, 4000 photos)
