Before I throw this new laptop through the window can someone advise please.
The old laptop must be 8 years old.
The new one is a Toshiba with windows 10.
When (with the old one) I go on wifi at home there is no problem.
With the new one I am constantly losing the connection. When I click on the icon it tells me I am connected but I get a screen shot saying something like "we are sorry we have lost you.........it is not the same without you........please come back soon".
Besides screaming "I HAVENT BLOODY GONE ANY WHERE!!!! I don't know what to do.
So..............
Is it Windows 10 or the computer that is causing the problem ?
BTW.....I have used the new one alongside the old one and the old one is fine.
BTW...I amusing it in the conservatory.........the Virgin modem thingy is in the front room some 15 metres away.
