Close-ringed Parrot (1 Viewer)

Apologies if this is not the most suitable forum for this.
I have just returned to Gibraltar Point from a holiday abroad and have found on the table (presumably intended for me) a dead, close-ringed bird that appears to me to be an African Orange-bellied Parrot - no dead parrot jokes please ;)
The green close ring reads: 5 (horizontal) PS (vertical) UK (vertical) SRW (horizontal) 14 (vertical) S (horizontal).
From past experience there may not be much chance of tracing this bird, but I would like to at least go through the motions. Can anyone help?
