Buzzard? Moro Marsh, Valencia, Spain. (1 Viewer)

Saw this climbing away in a thermal yesterday. Looks to me like a Buzzard with some hints of Long-legged like the plain pale tail and brown trousers of Long-legged but no apparent darkness of the carpals and perhaps the darkness of the wingtips deeper than expected. Could it perhaps be a hybrid? Or is it just a pale form of Buzzard? Hybrids of these two species have been reported from Andalucia in the past, which is not too far from here. Or is it a pale Marsh harrier?
