Last week I posted about a pair of Nikon 10x35E binoculars I found at a pawn shop. Today I have another tale.
Yesterday I was at a pawn shop I hardly go to because they are too expensive and don't like to go down on their prices. I saw a pair of Fujinon 7x50 Mil Spec binoculars (no rangefinder reticule). They wanted $150 for them but they were in pretty bad shape so I passed.
It was a good thing I didn't buy those because today I was at another pawn shop and saw a pair of new looking Fujinon 7X50 FMT-SX. I got them for a bit less then they were asking for the beat up ones at the other place.
I left with the binoculars and saw on the receipt that it was supposed to come with a bag so I turned around. The lady said that if it wasn't mentioned on the price tag they probably through the bag away but she looked. She came back with a hard case, yellow floating strap and lens cloth. I left even happier than I was before.
