These are teal, the yellow undertail and white horizontal line on the male, and the two white corners under the female's tail are what clinches it.

The ducks are European Teal, male on the left, female on the right.
The gull's a Black-headed Gull.

Definitely Teal - there are lots at my local patch just now. Nice little ducks .
