Albino Sparrow? or not? (1 Viewer)

Spotted this sparrow several times over the last few weeks in the garden and today managed to snap the attached photo. Is this a form of albinism or just an lack of pigment in the feathers. I would have expected the sparrow to have pink eyes if it was a true albino, but am no expert on the subject.

What I do know is that it is a young bird and visits the bird feeder with a group of other young sparrows that all have normal plumage colours.
