Inspired by my several run ins with massive (6ft+ /200lb) cranky buck roo's.
The kind that want to attack first, and work out whether you're a person or not later!
Just as well we don't get the Big Red's of Central Oz & WA (biggest up to ~7ft / ~300lb!) out this way -
that's 2.5m ( once they 'stand' on their tails) of cranky roo tryin' to demolish ya :eek!:

This may explain my obsession with lighter binoculars - all the better to carry a bigger nulla nulla :t:

Add this to the half dozen snakes that I've had way too close calls with, and it looks like birding out this way can be regarded as an 'extreme' sport - woooooooo !
