Rose-breasted Grosbeak? Birds don't look normal in the hand... because they shouldn't be in the hand!
 
OK, since no one has gotten this one correct in a couple days (in fact, no one has come even close), here's another photo of the same bird from a slightly different angle, which may help. Good luck... |:p|
