swarovision EL 10x32 or 10x42 (1 Viewer)

You're right, of course. But I don't really worry about that at all myself. Something like 3-3,5m is quite enough, as far as I'm concerned.

Take a look at a butterfly (with a 10x) from a distance of 17.5 cm or 35 cm. It looks like it aint much but it's a world of difference.

i have tested the x32 and x42 , and found that i had to turn the focussing a lot more in the x32 than the x42 , so for example; a bird that i was following was in focus at different distances without re focusing on the x42 , on the x32 i had to re focus a lot !!
