Bird reporting, Trips etc HELP! (1 Viewer)

Hi

:h?:

Am looking for short cuts as fed up with typing endless lists! Does anyone know if there are any downloadable reporting formats that can be completed online and/ or sent as attachments? Say BWP list that can easily be amended for birds seen, adding details of sites etc. Surely someone somewhere has computerised this!? The easier and quicker it is the more reports will be issued and more importantly shared, particularly with conservation organisations!

Thanks.

The people at http://members.aol.com/sbsp/prices.htm will send you a list for a given country, and if you wait a while, one for another one; of course, if you buy their software, you can make your own :)

On http://www.bsc-eoc.org/avibase/avibase.jsp?pg=checklist&lang=EN you can generate a checklist for just about any country and some regions, that you can then copy and paste into e.g., a spreadsheet.

There have been some discussions before of free databases for UK and European birding. That might actually be what you are looking for.

cheers
Niels
