A few hours in King's Lynn (1 Viewer)

In a couple of weeks I hope to have a few hours to kill in King's Lynn and want to get some birding in, around the town centre sort of area really as I need to be back at the train station later that afternoon.

Looking around on Google maps the areas that immediately stand out are the river front, Red Mt Chapel and Harding's Pits. Any pointers or areas to see/avoid?

Also I'll have a trolley case/wheeled holdall with me so I don't want to be trekking too far or over any real terrain.

Thanks :t:

I suspect a walk along the riverside is your best bet given the time you have and luggage. There's not many places closeby without getting a taxi and more time (eg Roydon Common good at that time of year). Can't promise much of note in the middle at this time of year. Always worth checking the gulls of course.

Cheers
