Kowa Binoculars (1 Viewer)

Did anyone else get a chance to look at the new Kowa binoculars at the Birdfair?

They had two models on the Pyser stand. A grey and silver pair BD42 I think, and a newer green pair also called BD I think. This second pair were prototypes or preproduction models. I tested them for a little while and they performed and handled really well.

The Kowa chap said they would be around GBP450-500, but they haven't sorted their European distribution out yet.

Does anyone have anymore details?

Hi Trealaw

Essex Wildlife trust at Hanningfield sell 8x42BD (I think!!) for £349, haven't looked through them though.
