Opticron ES80ED and Bushnell Elite? (1 Viewer)

I was in the equipment review section reading up on peoples' experiences with large spotting scopes and I noticed that the Opticron ES80ED looks like almost EXACTLY the same scope as the 80mm Bushnell Elite. The only differences I can see are the brand badges and the Opticron does seem to be colored a lighter shade of gray.

Am I correct in assuming that these are essentially the same scope?

Does anyone know who actually makes them?
