Bold, beady eye on a featureless face. Sturdy bill. Predominantly uniform grey/brown plumage tones. It's a Garden Warbler

Agreed, the dark line through the eye is a shadow!

thanks a lot for that, so it is the first shot i got for this beauty.

the field guid says that it is scarce in Arabia, thats why may be it is first time i see it in my garden.
