RFI: Rosy Finch feeders near Georgetown (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm heading over to Winter Park on a ski trip over Christmas / New Year, and have got one day free to do some birding.

Main aim will be to try to find Rosy Finches, hopefully all 3 species but I can't travel more than about an hour from Winter Park.

Doors anyone know of any currently active feeder locations anywhere in the Winter Park / Georgetown / Wildernest / Kremmling area please? I'll have a rental SUV.

Really appreciate any info or suggestions.

Many thanks,

Gruff

I can't answer your question, but may still be of assistance. There usually isn't a whole lot of Colorado input on BF, so you may have better luck looking at the Colorado Field Ornithologist's website:

http://cfobirds.org/

They maintain a good forum, but I think you have to have a Google account to ask a question.
