After trying a few methods of digiscoping, I've finally made some progress and happy with my results.

Using a Samsung Galaxy S7 32GB / PhoneSkope Adaptor / Leica APO Televid 82 / 1.8x Extender

Setting Up
Set Eye Relief / Magnification to Max on Televid 82
Stick S7 / Holder onto the Televid (tip - after some usage the holder requires a bit of ripped card place between holder & eyepiece to firm up)
Switch on S7 / Click Camera / Pick Mode - > Auto / Slow Motion

Modes
Auto - Great if light conditions not great, smaller file sizes
Slow Motion - Use most of the time, requires good light, can produces huge files, makes picture smooth (240fps)

Pros
Happy with footage quality, especially slow motion mode
Easy to do

Cons
Need good weather condition
No VR
High memory use (can add extra memory card)
Need to improve my video skills with manual focus :)
