Bird egger in Milton of Campsie? (1 Viewer)

I was passing through Milton of Campsie earlier today and parked on the small car park near the river to go to the Post Office. There was the sound of breaking branches and someone moving about then a youth appeared with what seemed to be an egg box in his hand. Being alone I wasn't prepared to tackle him. Is there anyone in the area who could perhaps investigate or keep an eye on this spot. Thin skin head about 5'9", maybe a little shorter. Set off in direction of Kirkie. Crossed over to other side of road.
