Anyone want to guess ??? (1 Viewer)

Sweepie wait for your countryman Harry to come along, he would of seen it!!! Bye The way welcome to BF.

Possibly a Chiffchaff..................possibly not?
Does look a bit green for Garden Warbler or is that cos it's in the Emerald Isle (sorry, poor attempt, in fact very poor attempt).
But it does look green though.

The legs look black to me - garden warbs are light grey, the bill on a garden warb is short and stubby too.

Welcome to the top forum, Sweepie! I know a bit of Monaghan having fished the massive Lough Muckno and many waters around Monaghan. I reckon your pic is a Chiffchaff but it is a hard one to be sure about.

from that angle it looks like those tiny legs are just about to snap becuase of its bulky belly!

i think chiffchaff also...the bit around the eye seems right for it.
