Yellow-legged Gull? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I've been trawling through a lot of my old photos recently and have been trying to clear up a few mystery's, hopefully this will be my last for a while! I found this picture of what seemed like a Herring Gull but with yellow legs, is it a Yellow-legged Gull? yet again its distant and the bird is looking away, but if anyone could identifie it that would be very much appreciated.

it's clearly a winter plumaged common gull.

I over looked Common Gull as it looked a little bit big, but closer inspection says otherwise.
