Tufted Titmouse (1 Viewer)

Last Friday I saw an unusual amount of Tufted Titmouse's all together without any Carolina Chickadees. Then on Saturday I saw 4 Carolina Chickadees but no Tufted Titmouse which in my back yard and my experience is very rare. Normally when I spot either species the other is very close by. I think my Tufted Titmice stay all year but the fact there were so many makes me want to think they were getting ready to migrate or this bunch was an already migrated bunch. It seems the birds are migrating early this year. Anyone else come to that conclusion?

Anyway good birding.
