Added Lesser Scaup and Laughing Gull. Scaup seen at patuxent Research Refuge and Laughing Gull at the docks on the Potomac river in Old Town, Alexandria, VA

I finally saw an American Kestrel on December 31st. It was my most desired un-sighted bird. Now it is my most loved sighted bird.
