Struggled with this one, seen in Dalyan, SW Turkey in October 2014, and wnder if I am missing the obvious?

It has a short bill with dark lower mandibule and also a yellowish supercilium. I would call it a Chiffchaff if it wasn't this long primary projection. Or maybe a one of the Leaf Warblers?
