Would some kind soul verify and/or help ID these?

Taken on October 10 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline (Oakland, CA, USA).

My IDs:

--Double-Crested Cormorant (immature)

--Surf Scoter (such a pretty duck)

--No idea...all black duck with a black beak and no luck with even a guess. It was in-amongst the surf scoters, but seemed a bit larger (left surf scoter in photo for reference)

Agree with your IDs of the first two. The dark bird in the third picture is a female Surf Scoter, methinks.
