Large billed crow is the go-to crow in Thailand, and with the image presented, it would be very difficult to state a contrary identification. Unless you have in the hand images of the snipe showing the tail spread, again, with the image this is the best you will get in terms of ID. Both occur in Thailand, and both show a dark underwing with no white trailing edge just like your bird.

Agreed, very hard to tell apart from this image. But the longer bill we can see on the photo would perhaps favour Swinhoe's, even if inconclusive?
