Does Autofocus Performance count? (1 Viewer)

Hello!

Haven't found any information on the topic.

Does Autofocus Performance of a phone (or any camera) help in taking pictures when digiscoping? Maybe the faster the camera keeps up with our actual focus of the scope makes taking a photo faster?

Or maybe autofocus makes it even worse and should be turned off?

Auto focus a nightmare if birds are moving. Get an app that locks focus so you can use your scope, otherwise you're second guessing the phone and it's second guessing you and you just end up with blurry rubbishness.
