Giving SX50 a recent purchase a run out a first visit to RSPB SALTHOLME TEESIDE very windy kept to Auto,see first photo 1/160th sec f6.5 ISO 80 FOCAL LENGTH 215MM.
Also payed a visit to my regular haunt WILDFOWL WETLAND TRUST WASHINGTON TYNE WEAR see second photo again kept to Auto 1/160th sec F6.5 ISO 125 FOCAL LENGTH 215MM
these straight from camera stayed with the auto setting till got to grips with the various settings.

Many thanks Roy/Mike having offloaded the SX40 was not in the market for a SX50 having started to rationalise some of my gear with respect to weight this one came about.However as been mentioned often this does not replace the DSLR,but great for carrying about.
