You're welcome, Mark ... yes, I was a bit exhausted after posting´em, that I have to admit, but now I've gained strength, ... so here's also the missing:

A Monograph of the Birds of Prey
Clamosocircus Swann 1925: I (3), p.145

Found here, in the Biodiversity Library of Southeast Asia (a Site I didn´t know existed!).

But beware, it´s a crazy large file (321,3 MB), looooong down-load, you can make (and have) a cup of coffee while you wait!

If only the entry on p.145 is enough? See attached excerpt.

There's a copy of that which can be downloaded from Hathi if you have a US IP. But, anyway, the texts are extremely short (it's a quick, minimal, all-at-a-time introduction of all the new names he planned to use in Birds of Australia), and I think the following snippets from Google should let you see everything:

The Emu
Subsmicrornis Campbell 1913: XII (3), Suppl. (Check-list), p.15

http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1071/MU912293
As an illustration of the system, it should be pointed out that if an ornithologist wished to refer to the smallest of all known Australian birds by trinomial system he would write or say Smicrornis brevisrostris flavescens, and if afterwards it were proved that the genus to which this avine midget belonged was a subgenus it would be possible that he should have to refer to it as Smicrornis subsmicrornis brevirostris flavescens, and thus repeat and revive the polynomial sin which proved to be the ornithological undoing of many pre-Linnaean ornithologists.
It seems obvious (to me) that the 'sub' here is that of 'subgenus'. But as the 'name' only appears in a wholly hypothetical example of what might end up being done, should a system be adopted, IMO it is not available. This name is not listed by Neave.

Fregolla Mathews 1937: 37 (2), p.142

http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1071/MU937136

In a key.
d1—Upper surface without pronounced white fringes to the feathers; inner web of primaries white towards the base: tarsus and toes not scaled, but booted: middle toe and claw longer than each of the others, which are sub-equal: claws oval in shape......Fregolla sub-gen. nov. (F. melanoleuca)
The alternative choice, "d2" leads to subgenus Fregetta (F. grallaria).
Doesn't help, I fear.

I have volumes 1, 2 and 4, but not 3. This is derived from Google Books [here] (which won't download, even with an American proxy):
MACRONOUS, PTILOSUS, Nobis.
LONG FEATHERED MACRONOUS.
PLATE CL.
When we first saw this bird we were inclined to consider it as a species of Timalia, having the peculiar form of the plumage developed to an extraordinary extent. The form of the bill, however, and of the rictus, is entirely different, and points out a fissirostral type. - We have represented this curious bird of the natural size. The bill is rather flat, widening considerably at the base, and with projecting lips at the end of the rictus, while from below the eye spring a few weak bristles, which stretch over the gape. The nostrils open forwards, are oval, and rather large ; the wings are short and rounded, the fifth quill longest; but the most marked character, which we have endeavoured to express in the generic or sub-generic title we have provisionally applied, is in a series of plumes which spring from the centre of the back, and from the sides of the breast; these have the quill broad, and flat at the base, (and of a clear white colour,) where it is furnished with soft and downy webs, but which, as they advance upon the shafts, become like fine and delicate hairy filaments, which hang over the rest of the plumage: all the other feathering of the bird is remarkably loose and unconnected, but without any rigidity. The colours are endeavoured to be represented in the accompanying plate. We purchased the skin, with a collection of about fifty birds, said to be brought from the islands of Java and Sumatra, which we had no reason to doubt, the others being mostly Javanese species.
I think the next page has the plate. Note spelling in -ous. 'Macronus' also appears on 3 pages of the book, one of which is the index.

● Cryptopipo Ohlson et al. 2013, 69 (3), pp.802

http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.ympev.2013.06.024

Type species: Chloropipo holochlora P. L. Sclater, 1888.
Included taxa: Cryptopipo holochlora (P. L. Sclater, 1888), comb. nov. (Green Manakin) with all of its currently recognized subspecies.
Diagnosis: External appearance: Small, sexually monomorphic manakin, extremely similar to females of many sexually dimorphic manakins, especially Lepidothrix. Slightly larger and with proportionally longer tail than Lepidothrix species, with an average wing length 71 mm vs. 56 mm and average tail/wing ratio of 0.62 vs. 0.45–0.53 (N = 9 C. holochlora; N = 64 of 5 species of Lepidothrix). Essentially uniform green with yellow tinge on belly, the hue of green varying geographically; cis-Andean populations being bright green, whereas trans-Andean populations are duskier and more olive-tinged. Eyes dark brown, legs and bill dark grey.
Anatomical characters: Syrinx morphology of Cryptopipo is unspecialized and it shares no synapomorphies with Lepidothrix. The few distinctive characters it possesses (Prum’s character states 54.2 and 57.2) are shared with Chloropipo sensu stricto and Xenopipo and may be plesiomorphic.
Molecular evidence: In the current dataset, both the combined and nuclear datasets as well as two individual genes (myoglobin and ND2) strongly support a sister relationships of Cryptopipo to Lepidothrix (PP = 100).
Behavior: Like most manakins, solitary and unobtrusive, keeping to understorey of humid forest, where it has been observed feeding on various berries. Sometimes joins mixed flocks. Generally quiet, and not known to have any form of complex courtship display.
[...]
Etymology: The genus name Cryptopipo (from Gr. κρυπτός, hidden or concealed and Mod. L. pipo, a manakin), alludes both to the extremely inconspicuous appearance and behavior of the Green Manakin and to the fact that its true relationships until now have been obscured due to the lack of molecular data. The name is of feminine gender.

Chapinia, new genus Voelker & Bowie
Type species. – Chapinia cinerascens.
Diagnosis – A genus of muscicapid flycatcher differing from all other genera of the family Muscicapidae by the following combination of characters: large size, diagnostic white supra-loral spot, dark upperparts, and mottled gray underparts with dark but poorly demarcated crescents on the breast.
Etymology – This name honors Dr. James P. Chapin, for his extensive documentation of, and research on, the birds of the Belgian Congo.

Ripleyia, new genus Voelker & Bowie
Type species. – Ripleyia ruficauda.
Diagnosis – A genus of muscicapid flycatcher differing from all other genera of the family Muscicapidae by the following combination of characters: rufous uppertail-coverts and tail, faint supercilium, and entirely orange lower mandible.
Etymology – This name honors Dr. S. Dillon Ripley, former Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution, for his extensive work on the birds of India and southern Asia.

Родовое название от tutor (лат.) - покровитель, защитник.
= Generic name from tutor (Lat.) - patron, defender.

Derivation of the type species name:
Вид назван в честь профессора московского университета Г. Р. Дементьева, внесшего значительный вклад в развитие отечественной палеонтологии.
= The species is named in honour of the professor of the Moscow University, G. R. Dement'ev, who made a significant contribution to the development of national paleontology.
(Doesn't seem to be related to that of the generic name, thus.)

I want to add to Laurent's very interesting contribution:

Tutor Kurochkin, 1968 is preoccupied by Tutor Goldfuss, 1820. The name is replaced by Venerator Kurochkin, 1969.
