Yellow Legged Gull?

Is this a Yellow Legged Gull?

By the way taken with a Camera phone: Sony Ericcsion K750i through a Kowa TSN1.

Sorry Another vote for Lesser Black Backed Gull from me.

The Mantle is too darker shade of grey/black for Yellow Legged Gull.

Lee,
although sometimes very difficult to judge mantle shade on gulls from photos, I would say that it looks like a LBBG, and most certainly graellsii. There is much contrast between the white tertial and (wide) rear scapular tips with the slaty gray upperparts.

looks like a herring gull to me.i use my k750i to digiscope, its not to bad for a phone.
