Birds Abroad

Saturday, 24th March, sees the start of a 13 week exhibition of paintings by John Busby, in the Donald Watson Gallery, at the SOC's Scottish Birdwatching Resource Centre, Waterston House, Aberlady, East Lothian, Scotland, EH32 0PY. Tel 01875 871 330

On the first weekend the exhibition is open from 10am-4pm, after which the opening hours are 12 noon - 6pm at weekends and 10am - 4pm Monday-Friday, and entry is free.

John's exhibition, entitled Birds Abroad features a wide range of birds from across the world in his characteristic jizzy style. These are also individually available for sale.

A great artist and a lovely guy to know (as is all his family) his Cranes are just the best ;) ..now if only I could get there.
 
Thanks for posting that Eiderman............I'll DEFINITELY make the short trip up there one day soon - perhaps when Neil is off work too as I WILL turn him into an avid birder if it kills me!!!!!! ;)
