Clearwater, Florida - immature gulls - Laughing? (1 Viewer)

Just reviewing all the shots from my recent trip and found the two attached immature gulls. The white eyebrows had led me to think Laughing Gull but from my notes these were somewhat smaller than the surrounding Laughing Gulls and the bill length, the lack of gray on the rear of the head and bill colour has thrown me. Not sure if these are just Laughing Gulls at a different age or something else? Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks Alex, there were plenty of adult Ring Billed around - it was the bill in conjunction with the eyebrows that threw me I think.
