Colorado Grousing! (1 Viewer)

Hi All

I wonder if anyone can help me? I'm planning to be in Colorado in early April 2013 to search for Grouse. Does anyone know the current situation for viewing Gunnison, Greater Sage, Sharp Tailed and particularly Lesser Prairie Chicken? I have seen Greater PC in the past but would love to see them again if anyone can advise of current sites.

Are there any Lesser Prairie Chicken viewing areas open in CO or would I be better off dashing across to Kansas?

I have birded CO in summertime and am looking forward to a spring trip, any advice would be very much apreciated.

Many thanks and good birding one and all!

Malcolm
