not such a great shot as it flow by fast,help with ID Please.
are these shots of the bird?

If it were in the USA I would say a golden eagle. Not sure about Eagles in Israel.

Wikipedia has some other eagles you can look at for candidates. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_birds_of_Israel

I'm no expert but I'd hazard a guess at one of the Spotted Eagles given the apparent short broad wings(for an Aquila). Hopefully someone with more experience will come and have a look.

thr proportion of the "length " of the "fingers" makes me lean towards "Greater"
