Just went out for about an hour and a half this morning and this is what I saw:
American Tree Sparrow
Song Sparrow
Red-Winged Blackbird
Dark-eyed Junco
Black-capped Chickadee
Common Grackle
Mourning Dove
House Sparrow
Common Merganser
Downy Woodpecker
American Robin
Eagles (Eagle nest)
Canada Geese

I also talked to a guy this morning and he said normally he sees Rose-breasted Grosbeaks by this time of year, but I didn't see any.

Just wondering what other people are seeing this time of year.

I miss the sloppy muddy but wonderfully refreshing northern april. :) They have a particular feel to them that isn't duplicated anywhere else.
