A German dredging company, Joseph Moebius of Hamburg, is now poised to start dredging in the critical Bystroye channel through the core area of the Ukrainian part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. T investigated his option has been rejected by Ramsar and UNSECO experts as the worst of the available option for this otherwise economically justifiable canal link between the Danube and the Black Sea.

Done to the Government, didn't bother with the company as I doubt they would be receptive standing to lose monetarily.
