Images taken with TLS APO alone? (1 Viewer)

I've heard it said that you can use the TLS APO's built-in 30mm lens as a 'normal' camera lens. I've also heard it said that it's not a very good one! And so far, the most impressively sharp digiscoped images I've seen have been taken with adapters other than the TLS, and the camera's own branded lens - I'm wondering if that's simply down to the skill of the photographer, or if the quality of the TLS might not be that great after all.

Does anyone have any examples of shots taken using the TLS as a stand-alone lens?

Thanks a lot!

Al

Thank you! Since writing the question above, I found another page which provided the same answer. The Swarovski video was a bit misleading - the presenter clearly said that it could be used as a normal lens and proceeded to 'demonstrate' by snapping a photo of the video camera. I was a bit confused by that, but all is clear now.

Cheers,
Al
