I'd say the very elusive Narina Trogon for the second bird.

Good shout on Narina's Trogon. I don't suppose Bar-tailed could be ruled out on this photo though.

Agreed, head doesn't look dark enough but difficult to judge.

The photo of the trogon is awful, poor light, brief observation in the canopy. I had to clear it. It's from Budongo forest, anyone knows if both species are in this forest?

I think you're a bit far north for bar-tailed in Budongo, but am not certain. SOmeone must have a copy of the Uganda Atlas?! I agree with yellow-backed weaver.

The trogon is a Narina (bill too massive for Bar-tailed)
Agree on the weaver.

Big bill + Budongo = Narina. Yellow-backed for the weaver.
