#1 Plumbeous Vireo, #2 Mexican Jay, #4 Brewer's Sparrow
#5 Hutton's Vireo needs to be considered, but I'm unsure because of the washed out pic.

5 is a Vireo (prob. Hutton's) with that grey head, hooked bill, etc. which rules out kinglet.

I would personally agree with Grey Flycatcher for 3 though I have never seen one myself. 4 is definitely Brewer's.
