Orange Underwing?

Whilst walking through a local wood in bright sunshine a small "butterfly" flew towards me and landed in the grass by the track I was on. I only got three rubbish shots before it was flushed by a Peacock. The only insect I can imagine it is is an Orange Underwing moth.Any help with the I/D will be most welcome.

No problem. You lucky so and so, I've never seen one on the ground, they're always flying about at the top of Birches!
