First thoughts Buzzard but not sure now took it from by the complex i was staying in alcudia last year please excuse the quality of pics.

Note 6 fingers - which eliminates Marsh Harrier (and Buzzard) that I believe it most looks like - of course Black Kite would show at least a slightly forked or straightish tail. Booted has a stockier head than Black Kite - your bird is a dark morph, often confused with Black Kite. When you see them often they are quite different.
