What are your thoughts about Audacity's "noise removal" feature (1 Viewer)

wut do u guys think of the 'noise removal' feature on audacity? does it hurt ur recordings much or is it pretty reliable? seems to work pretty well.. just a little worried it might be filtering out some of the vocalizations!

As long as you hang on to your original recordings you'll be okay. You get more sensitive to hearing the artefacts of noise reduction as you get more experience of it. Listen during fadeouts to the noise floor for weird burbling noises affectionately termed 'space monkeys'
