You may want to check a few things i got this

Opens fine on my IPad!

Chris, were you using a tripod or handholding? Most of the 100% crops on the 7DII lose detail compared to the 5DIII but then I would expect that!

Interesting set of pictures. I must check the micro focus adjustment on my 7d2. I can see a difference in your set of photos. Did you have the scale at 45 deg or 30 deg? The latter seems to be mentoned and used in another thread.

I am thinking of getting a 5d3 for landscape photographs. I seem to find that I cannot get far enough away from buildings with the 7d2 or that there is an object in the way. I can see that it would be a good backup or vice versa. I have just sold my home so can afford it!!
