have to agree with nick, first one is definetly a male house sparrow.
last one looks like a reed bunting to me too.

Took 4 pics.1st 2 was a reed bunting then followed it to next tree where I took the 2 crap (crapper) and thought it was same bird as was looking threw the viewfinder may have got mixed up... i will try harder;) next time

It is very easy to do, I always end up following a good bird from one tree to the next only to find it's been replaced/transformed. And that's without the added difficulty of looking through a viewfinder!
