Spotted in Oxford MD, along Chesapeake Bay.

Thanks - I'm aware this isn't a dragonfly but autocomplete glitched and I can't seem to find out how to fix the title or delete the post...

Not a dragonfly (wrong image?). In the UK we have species of Tiger Beetle that bear some resemblance, so worth checking perhaps.
