Insects to ID S.E. MI, USA (1 Viewer)

I'm seeing the insect in photo 1 quite often but can't find an ID on it. Any ideas?

The second photo is a lady beetle pupa but I'm not sure of the species. Probably Asian but wondered if anyone was well enough versed to tell them apart.

Photo 3 is also a lady beetle, I think. But the color is different.
