Nr 1 looks like a Red-tailed Hawk to me.

Guess nr 2 could be that as well but hard to see.

#1 is a Red-tailed Hawk. You can see the belly band and the patagial bars. Can't tell about #2.

Ok, Ok, agree, Red-tailed Hawk, but on wing-shape (bulging secondaries) not on internal detail (belly band, patagial bars) which I simply cannot see on my monitor.

I get the right tilt and angle on my monitor and I can just make them out.|:d|

I think #2 is also a red tail. It's a weird angle because it's probably kiting and hunting.

Both are redtails. I have no trouble seeing the belly band, patagial marks, and red tail on #1. On #2 I can just make out the belly band.

If you mean barring on flight feathers why don't you just say so.

I don't mean the flight feathers. I mean the long black patagial mark on the patagium along the front edge of the underwing. It is a field mark characteristic of the Red-tailed Hawk but easiest seen on the lighter colored "Eastern" borealis subspecies that we have here in the eastern USA.
