Ok, Ok, agree, Red-tailed Hawk, but on wing-shape (bulging secondaries) not on internal detail (belly band, patagial bars) which I simply cannot see on my monitor.
 
Both are redtails. I have no trouble seeing the belly band, patagial marks, and red tail on #1. On #2 I can just make out the belly band.
