I'd concur - northern waterthrush - narrower end to supercillum, fine spotting on throat and strong yellow colour of supercillum make it an almost typical northern. Plus finding it in a swamp is a good clue - louisianas tend to inhabit banks of fast flowing stream - northerns are typically found in swamps especially mangroves in winter.
