Mystery Sparrow (1 Viewer)

I've attached an image of a mystery sparrow from North
America.Taken in Victoria BC. Possibly a Fox Sparrow. Hope
my ID is correct.

I think you're right Chris. Fox Sparrows are quite variable, and I believe that this is of the form known as (Sooty) Fox Sparrow, and a pale one at that!

Had me stumped as, at first glance, it wasn't close to anything in Sibley's.
Although, looking at Sibley's once more, in a better light, the "Sooty" (Paler Adult) is closer
as suggested by Darrell.
