Hi to everybody. I saw about 20 Bourke's parrots on my morning walk today. I got a really good look at them, some were in the mulga trees and others were feeding on the ground in a damp swampy area at Kilcowera Station in Queensland. Beautiful!!! cheers calenso.

Hi halftwo, Kilcowera Station is in South West Queensland, Australia. Find Qld , find Brisbane, head straight out west 1000 or so kms to Thargomindah and Kilcowera is 100 kms south of there. Bourkes parrots are here all the time as are halls babblers and Major Mitchell cockatoos. We've got 151 birds on our list and still counting with the help of some experts. Check out our website www.kilcowera.com.au Cheers calenso
